Mr. Brown became a part of the civil engineering team at Stroud Engineering after earning his degree in 2006.  Since that time, his experience has consisted of the design, permitting and inspections of a variety of projects. He is knowledgeable in subdivision design, storm water management, water distribution systems and sewer systems.

In order to keep the review and permitting processes moving he maintains contact with clients, contractors and government agencies. He takes pride in seeing a project through from start to finish and finds it particularly rewarding to see the finished product put to use in everyday life.
