Mr. Menius began working in the construction/civil field during college and found the process of a project evolving from concept to reality to be rewarding. He enjoys many aspects of his job, including site design. The coordination between developers, regulatory agencies, and contractors offers the opportunity to work and forge relationships with a diverse group of people. Also, the wide scope of work requires knowledge in many fields and constantly presents new challenges and opportunities that creating a learning experience for him.

Mr. Menius finds stormwater design to be the most demanding field in our coastal region and he has devoted a significant amount of time to developing an understanding of design principles and the rapidly evolving regulations. Even though he is still in the early stages of his career he is already a substantial asset to our civil design team. Mr. Menius is very proficient in the design, permitting and construction of water systems, sewer systems, and roadways.
