Project Description
Stroud Engineering completed site design and permitting for Grey Fox Run, a 320 unit condominium and townhouse development. The project included interior private and public streets as well as parking facilities for 731 vehicles. Stroud’s responsibilities included:
- Wetlands mapping
- Corps of engineers permitting for fill of wetlands
- North Carolina division of water quality permitting for fill of wetlands and crossing a blue line stream
- Design of constructed wetlands for storm water nutrient reduction and flow attenuation
- Design of turn lane for project access from NC HWY 43
- City of Greenville zoning compliance
- Water and sewer permitting
- Construction administration and inspection
- Construction staking
