We are currently seeking a North Carolina Professional Engineer (civil) or a civil Engineer in Training (EI) with a minimum of 2 years experience to fill a Project Management position in our Greenville, NC office. Salary range is dependent on registration status/applicable experience and will range between $80k/yr – $120k/yr. Applicants who do not currently possess an EI or PE registration NEED NOT APPLY.
Job Duties Include:
- Client Relations
- Project Management
- CAD Technician Supervision
- Land Development Planning and Design
- Coastal Development Permitting
- Water and Sewer Permitting and Design
- Construction Administration and Inspection
Preferred skills include:
- Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills for interaction with clients, regulatory officials, peers and subordinates.
- Experience in coastal permitting and development
- Computer aided design using Autocad/Civil 3D
- Knowledge of technical specification generation using BSD Speclink Cloud
- Experience with Microsoft Office products

Stroud Engineering is currently seeking a project civil engineer for our civil engineering team in our Morehead City, NC office.
Stroud Engineering is a multidisciplinary engineering and surveying company in eastern North Carolina. The Morehead City office is situated on North Carolina’s crystal coast and is a great place to raise a family, enjoy the beach, or go fishing.
Required Skills & Experience
- BS degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline
- 2 years experience in the Civil Engineering field
- North Carolina EI or PE license
- Proficient in AutoCAD & Civil 3D
- Strong communication and leadership skills
