Stroud Engineering is currently designing a revitalization project for the circle at Atlantic Beach. The project will be a mixed use development; commercial and residential. Services being provided by Stroud include:

• Town of Atlantic Beach zoning compliance
• CAMA permitting
• Design and permitting of 120,000 GPD wastewater treatment plant with land application of effluent by surface drip irrigation
• Design and permitting of water distribution system
• DWQ storm water management permitting
• Surveying
• Construction administration and inspection
