Project: Mellon Downs Subdivision

Client: Vicus, LLC – Greenville, NC
Location: Winterville, NC

Stroud Engineering recently completed design of Mellon Downs Subdivision, an 86 lot single family subdivision.  The project is currently in the construction phase.  Stroud’s responsibilities included:

• Wetlands mapping
• North Carolina Division of Water Quality permitting for drainage improvements to a blue line stream
• Storm water management plan including design of a wet detention pond
• Town of Winterville zoning compliance
• Design and permitting of a sewage collection system including pump station and force main
• Design and permitting of water distribution system
• Construction administration and inspection
• As built survey
