Stroud Engineering provided site and marine engineering services related to the construction of a yacht basin designed to accommodate over 100 boats.  The storm management system design included a sand filter with pumped discharge to a vegetative filter. Stroud’s responsibility included:

• CAMA permitting
• Morehead City zoning compliance
• DWQ permitting of storm water management system
• Surveying
• Construction administration and inspection
