Project: Greyfox Run

Stroud Engineering recently completed site design and permitting for Greyfox Run, a 320 unit condominium and townhouse development.  The project is currently in the construction phase.  Stroud’s responsibilities included:

• Wetlands mapping
• Corps of Engineers permitting for fill of wetlands
• North Carolina Division of Water Quality permitting for fill of wetlands and crossing a blue line stream
• Design of constructed wetlands for storm water nutrient reduction and flow attenuation
• Design of turn lane for project access from NC Hwy 43
• City of Greenville zoning compliance
• Water and sewer permitting
• Construction administration and inspection
• Construction staking
