Stroud Engineering is currently completing construction of Emerald Lake Park, a 92 acre New Hanover County Public Park.  Stroud’s responsibilities included:

• Mining Permit for a 45 acre borrow pit through North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Land Quality Section
• Reclaimation Plan for Park development
• Design and Permitting of Public road access
• Construction administration and inspection
• Construction Staking
• As built survey
• Volumetric Calculations
