Project: Avendale Subdivision

Client: Avendale Development, LLC

Stroud Engineering recently completed design of Avendale Subdivision, a 250 unit residential subdivision and townhome development. The project is currently in the construction phase. Stroud’s responsibilities included:

• Rezoning and Master Plan approval through Pender County
• North Carolina Division of Water Quality permitting for a Wastewater treatment Plant capable of treating and disposing of 80,000 gallons per day
• Infiltration and Dewatering design for the effluent
• Pender County zoning compliance
• Design and permitting of public and private roads
• Design and permitting of a sewage collection system including pump station and force main
• Design and permitting of water distribution system
• Design and permitting of a high density storm water system to satisfy North Carolina Division of Water Quality Coastal Storm Water Management rules
• Construction administration and inspection
• Construction Staking
